The Covered Products:
This limited warranty covers footwear styles sold by Globe Footwear, LLC and purchased from any Authorized Dealer.

Warranty Coverage:
Globe Footwear, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the covered product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for their serviceable life when properly used and cared for.

Warranty Service:
Return defective product(s) to the place of purchase together with your dated proof of purchase (sales receipt or copy thereof). Globe Footwear, LLC will promptly repair or replace, at its option, any item determined to be defective and will return it to your dealer without charge to you.

Limitations:
This warranty does not cover abnormal wear and tear, nor color-fastness, nor damage from chemical, fire, misuse, accident or negligence. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the covered product(s) and is not transferable.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY Globe Footwear, LLC (OR ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER OR OTHER SELLER) FOR THE COVERED PRODUCT(S), AND IT IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN) INCLUDING, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF COVERED PRODUCT(S) AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURCHASE.

Globe Footwear, LLC LIABILITY, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF COVERED PRODUCTS SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO Globe Footwear, LLC’s OBLIGATIONS AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL Globe Footwear, LLC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH COVERED PRODUCTS OR THEIR SALE OR USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INJURY TO PERSONS, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR INCONVENIENCE.

Your Legal Rights:
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights prescribed by law, which may vary from state to state.
