1. Contoured Collar and Throat Tab
Unmatched for comfort and protection, the tailored 2-piece construction is used in all 5 layers of the collar with 4 lateral rows of stitching maintaining the ergonomic shape when the collar is flipped up or laying down. The 4-layer throat tab provides a precision SCBA mask interface.

2. Contoured Sleeve and Underarm Gusset
Ergonomically curved sleeve follows the natural shape and movement of your arm to work with you – not against you. Underarm gusset allows you to comfortably reach, stretch, lift, and carry. Both graded in size to work together.

3. One-Piece Liner/No-Gap Attachment
Liner is cut in one piece to provide a full protective envelope with a minimum of seams to reduce bulk and potential points of failure. Liner extension at neck attaches to inside of collar with Velcro® for complete and secure protection.

4. Double Sleeve Wells
Extra-deep 5” Sleeve Wells keep water out, interface with all glove styles in a low bulk design. 4” NOMEX® Wristers are standard with many available options including hand/wrist guards and elasticized Sleeve Wells.

5. Thermally Enhanced Upper Body and Elbows
High-compression areas get added layers of your specified Thermal Liner material for greater Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance (CCHR). Extra-large enhancements extend 7” down the back and 5” down the front.

6. Breathable Front Closure System
Storm flap and inside facings are lined with Moisture Barrier material for improved ventilation of critical body core. Inside snap fasteners with hook and dees on the storm flap are standard or choose from many closure options.

7. 3-Piece Outer Shell
The 3-piece body is cut to provide shape and a tailored fit.

8. Large Patch Pockets
10”X10” patch pockets have an extra layer of Shell material to reinforce the lower half for longer wear life. Lower corners are cut to promote complete drainage.

9. TRIMTRAX™ Thread Protection System
Patented system of abrasion resistant cording protects the thread securing our reflective trim from abrasion. Lasts approximately 7 times longer so maintenance costs are lower and your gear is in service more often.

10. Double-Stitched Seams
The strongest stitching in the industry with double-needle seams and 8-10 stitches per inch for longer service life.

11. Heavy-Duty Cuff Reinforcement
Extra-wide premium pearl gray leather, double-stitched for extended wear are standard, or your choice of optional materials.

13. YOCCO™ Drag Rescue Device(DRD)
The YOCCO™ Drag Rescue Device is designed to provide a quickly deployed system to help rescue a downed firefighter. The DRD strap is hidden between the inner and outer jacket and loops around the upper shoulders. One end of the loop exits through an opening in the outer jacket at the base of the collar covered by a flap. to deploy, open the flap and pull on the strap handle. This action tightens the loop around the victim's torso and gives you and others a more effective way of dragging a firefighter to safety.
