The Covered Products:
This limited warranty covers only specific outerwear styles manufactured by Globe LifeLine, LLC and purchased from any dealer.

Warranty Coverage:
Globe LifeLine, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the covered Globe LifeLine product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Service:
Should a covered product become defective during the warranty period, simply return it to the place of purchase together with your dated proof of purchase (sales receipt or copy thereof). Globe LifeLine, LLC will promptly repair or replace, at its option, any item determined to be defective and will return it to your dealer without charge to you.

Limitations:
This warranty does not cover abnormal wear and tear, nor the color-fastness of fluorescent fabrics, nor damage from chemical, fire, misuse, accident or negligence. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the covered Globe LifeLine product(s) and is not transferable.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY Globe LifeLine, LLC (OR ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER OR OTHER SELLER) FOR THE COVERED Globe LifeLine PRODUCT (S), AND IT IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES (WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN). IN ADDITION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF COVERED Globe LifeLine PRODUCT (S), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURCHASE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE THREE-YEAR TERM OF THIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY.

Globe LifeLine, LLC LIABILITY, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH TH4E SALE OR USE OF COVERED Globe LifeLine PRODUCTS SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO Globe LifeLine, LLC’s OBLIGATIONS AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL Globe LifeLine, LLC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH Globe LifeLine PRODUCTS OR THEIR SALE OR USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INJURY TO PERSONS, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR INCONVENIENCE.

Your Legal Rights:
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights prescribed by law, which may vary from state to state.
